You may, optionally, set up Tax Zones in your Admin Panel.
A Tax Zone may be for an entire country, an entire state, or for a specific zip code.
Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process, after the buyer has entered his or her address. if they fall into any of the tax zones you have created, they will pay the tax (based upon a percentage of total sales) which you have specified for that particular zone.
