Once a customer has partially completed the checkout process, an order is generated.
Orders are classified as either Incomplete, Unfilled, or Completed.
During the checkout process, your customer will be required to create a new member account, or log into an existing member account. At the point of login, a new order is generated, and classified as "Incomplete".
If, for any reason, the customer does not complete the checkout process, the order stays "Incomplete" and is available for viewing in your Admin Panel in the Manage Menu.
This may come in handy if you are interested in converting
abandoned carts into completed sales by contacting the buyer and offering to
complete the sale manually.
Unfilled Orders are those orders which are successfully
completed by the buyer, but have not been shipped by you. Once the order is
shipped, you can change the status to "Completed" to archive the order.
Completed Order are those order which have already been filled. They are stored in the database for future reference.
