123 eCart will automatically send you or your customer specific
emails based upon customer activity. Because your business is unique, we allow
you to customize these emails.
To customize your emails templates, navigate to the Email Templates page found in the Settings Menu.
Each email template will have a description of what the email is for, and a list of insertable tokens, to the left of the template.
Tokens, such as %%SNAPSHOT%%, will be replaced by pertinent data when the email is sent. In this case, the string %%SNAPSHOT%% is replaced by a summary of the order. The token %%FNAME%% would be replaced by the customers first name, etc.
